How does shipping work?

You’re welcome to arrange your own transportation, or we can coordinate it for you. Rig Source works with trusted transportation partners and brokers for both domestic and international shipments, and our team can help make sure your equipment gets where it needs to go.

What are your hours?

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Shipping & Receiving: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST

What rental terms are available?

We offer weekly and monthly rentals on drill rigs, trucks, and support equipment.

Will I need tooling for my rental?

Most likely, yes, and we can help. Rig Source keeps tooling in stock and also works with trusted partners to make sure you’re fully equipped for your project.

Do you offer commissioning on rental rigs?

Yes. Commissioning can be done at our headquarters, or we can send a representative to your jobsite.

What happens if my rental rig breaks down on the jobsite?

Our team starts with phone troubleshooting to try to resolve the issue right away. If it can’t be fixed remotely, we’ll work with you on next steps, including field service support or equipment replacement, when available. Downtime costs money, and our priority is getting you back up and running as fast as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer, ACH, credit card, and company check. Your Rig Source representative can help you choose the option that works best for you.

Can I apply my rental payments toward a purchase?

Yes. Select drill rigs and support equipment are available through our Rent-to-Purchase program. Contact us to explore your options and find the right path to ownership.

Is insurance required on rental equipment?

Yes, rental equipment must be insured for the duration of the rental. Your Rig Source representative can walk you through the requirements.

How do I request a rental quote?
