Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to help promote and advance Rig Source to potential and existing customers in the industries served.

Requirements:
- Experience in the drilling industry, as a driller, project manager, or other adjacent role
- Experience in sales preferred with additional consideration for sales experience in the heavy equipment or drill rig sales and rental industry.

Job Overview:
Rig Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Geotechnical and Environmental Drill Rig Mechanic to join our team. As the Drill Rig Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our rental equipment, including geotechnical and environmental drill rigs, to ensure they are in excellent working condition and ready for use by our customers. You will work closely with other technicians and our operations team to provide high-quality customer service and ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and safe to operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on geotechnical and environmental drill rigs, including oil changes, filter replacements, and hydraulic service.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues following OEM schematics.
- Work closely with parts team to determine parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and maintenance schedules.
- Perform quality checks on equipment after maintenance and repairs are completed.
- Conduct equipment inspections and make recommendations for repairs or replacement.
- Utilize ERP system for entering time on jobs with detailed scope of work completed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed.
- Communicate with operations team and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining geotechnical and environmental drill rigs or similar heavy equipment.
- Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
- Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.

Job Overview:
Rig Source is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts and Equipment Rental Specialist to join our team. As the Parts and Equipment Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts and equipment rental needs for geotechnical and environmental drilling projects. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all rental equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, including answering questions, providing recommendations, and offering solutions for their parts and equipment rental needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of required stock and make recommendations to management about rental equipment needs.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts to confirm accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized and secured parts room to mitigate loss or damage.
- Inspect rental equipment before and after each rental to ensure it is in excellent working condition and initiate damage billings to customers when excessive wear and tear is present.
- Coordinate equipment pickup and delivery with customers and the operations team.
- Manage rental agreements and insurance requirements prior to each rental.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and provide ongoing support throughout their rental period.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient equipment delivery and pickup.
- Conduct equipment training and demonstrations for customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the geotechnical and environmental drilling industry, specifically in parts and equipment rental.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical and environmental drilling equipment and parts a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the mechanical service, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment.
Job Duties:
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance
- Inspect equipment for repair needs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
- Develop repair solutions and repair all types of mechanical systems including: electrical, brakes, steering, suspensions, drive trains, differentials, transfer cases, transmissions, engines, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain accurate and complete work orders, job tickets, warranty records, etc.
- Collaborate with service manager to ensure safe and timely completion of equipment
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience working with mechanical systems and/or heavy machinery
- Knowledge and familiarity with all facets of mechanical and technical systems
- Knack for troubleshooting and identifying equipment problems and developing solutions
- Motivation to complete assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to adhere to all shop safety procedures
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and technology
